How to use Ladok for students
In Ladok you can view information about your studies as a student.
You only see information from the university or higher education institution you are logged in to. If you study at multiple institutions, you can select ”Change institution” in the Ladok menu to view information from another institution.
Login and what you can do in Ladok
Depending on which login service you use, you will have access to different services in Ladok. The services are configured locally by each institution, so they may vary slightly between institutions.
If you are unable to log in, contact the support for the login service you are trying to use.

- Register for courses
- Sign up for examinations
- View your results
- Apply for credit transfer
- Retrieve certificates and transcripts
- Apply for degree certificate
- Retrieve your degree certificate
- Update your contact details
Alumni
Go to: Student.ladok.se and click on ”Ladok for alumni”.
