Foreign credits

In Ladok, you can use the Emrex service to retrieve your study results from foreign higher education institutions. The results can be downloaded as a PDF and in some cases also be imported into Ladok to be used as supporting documentation for credit transfer.

The service is available to all students with access to Ladok for students, but only works for foreign higher education institutions that are connected to Emrex.

Retrieve your foreign qualifications in Ladok

1. Log in to Ladok and select Foreign merits in the menu.
2. Click Start and select the country you want to retrieve study results from.
3. Log in with your credentials from the foreign institution.
4. Select which study results you want to retrieve.
5. Review and confirm your choices. The results will be sent to your Swedish institution in Ladok and you can save a copy as a PDF.
