Acceptable use policy – Ladok for employees
While using Ladok, the following applies:
- all usage must comply with Swedish laws and regulations
- user accounts are individual and shall only be used by the intended individual
- the data from the service must not be processed by a third party, for example using a mobile app that is not a web browser
- it is not permitted to attempt to gain access to services that the user does not have the right to access
- it is not permitted to conceal your user identity
- it is not permitted to attempt to interfere with or interrupt the intended usage of Ladok’s services
- it is not permitted to upload or transmit invalid data, viruses, worms, malware or other software
- it is not permitted to clearly waste available resources
- it is not permitted to attempt to disrupt or destroy the computer-based information
- it is not permitted to attempt to insult or offend others
- it is not permitted to infringe on the privacy of others by searching parts of Ladok that are not part of your work duties, or to search for information about people who are not directly related to your work duties
Any person found violating, or suspected of violating, these rules may be suspended from Ladok for investigative purposes. Furthermore, disciplinary or legal action may be taken.
